1. Cancellation by Customer

1.1 Before Order Dispatch:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at contact@zainabarts.com with your order details (Order ID and registered email).

1.2 After Order Dispatch:

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return or exchange in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

1.3 Prepaid Orders:

  • If a prepaid order is canceled within the eligible window, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Cancellation by Zainab Arts

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:

  • If the product is out of stock.
  • In case of incomplete or incorrect customer details.
  • If the payment is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical errors or natural calamities.

If we cancel your order, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items may be marked as “Non-Cancellable”, such as:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance events.

For these products, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@zainabarts.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm the status of your cancellation.

5. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days.
